Role Description

This role involves driving branding, digital presence, and campaign execution for a fast-paced, high-volume print and marketing company.

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including website management, email campaigns, and advertising.
  • Create visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, ads, and social media graphics.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Maintain and update the company website (WordPress), optimizing for performance and user experience.
  • Utilize Go High Level or similar CRM platforms for customer engagement and automation.
  • Use Excel and other tools to track marketing performance and generate reports.
  • Analyze campaign results to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years in full-stack marketing and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Go High Level (or similar CRMs), and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly conscientious, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Must have own computer, software licenses, and high-speed internet.
