Role Description

This role involves supporting the sales operations and CRM management at Bizycorp Pvt Ltd.

Maintain accurate CRM data, eliminate duplicates, and ensure proper lead assignment.
Automate workflows, improve efficiencies, and reduce manual tasks.
Generate sales performance reports, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
Assist BDRs and AEs with pipeline management, proposals, and documentation.
Manage user roles, integrations, and workflow automation in HubSpot.
Educate sales team members on CRM best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications

A Degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification is required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales or CRM.
Strong proficiency in CRM management, workflows, and reporting (HubSpot expertise).
Ability to track and analyze marketing efforts to support sales strategies (Google Ads & SEO).
Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, and sales metrics (Data Analysis & Reporting).
Knowledge of sales automation and workflow tools like Zapier (Process Optimization).
Strong communication skills to collaborate across multiple teams.
Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data, reports, and sales documentation.
Experience with CRM platforms: HubSpot (preferred), Salesforce, or similar.
Familiarity with marketing & ads tools: Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
Basic knowledge of SQL for data management & reporting.
Experience with automation & workflow tools: Zapier, HubSpot Workflows, Email Sequences.
Proficient in communication & project management tools: Slack, Asana, Trello.
