Role Description

In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling Triptease’s market-leading solutions to independent hotels and hotel groups globally, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close. You’ll collaborate with a high-performing team, including Sales leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to achieve ambitious goals and make a significant impact.

  • New Business Development:
    • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise-level hotel groups.
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Process Management:
    • Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying to presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
    • Articulate the value of Triptease solutions to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client success.
  • Market Expertise:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to position Triptease as a thought leader.
    • Provide valuable feedback to Product and Marketing teams to inform innovation and market alignment.
  • Performance & Collaboration:
    • Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
    • Deliver accurate sales forecasts to the leadership team.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to maximize brand impact and enhance go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or hospitality technology, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in mid-market or enterprise segments.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to build trust and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer value.
  • Fluent in English & Portuguese (Any additional languages is desirable).
