Role Description
We're looking for a Sales Manager to train, mentor, and lead a remote team of life insurance professionals. This leadership position offers the chance to develop talent, drive sales success, and ensure client satisfaction while growing your career.
- Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Establish and monitor sales targets for ongoing growth
- Provide hands-on support to improve team performance
- Create and implement strategies for client acquisition & retention
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations
Qualifications
- Experienced in leading sales teams, preferably in life insurance or financial services
