Role Description
As a Human Resources Specialist at Shepherd's Table in the Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in supporting our team members and fostering a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administering benefits programs and addressing employee inquiries
- Assisting with performance management processes and employee relations
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations
