[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Everfield

Role Description

This role involves working closely with the LRS lead (Lead Research Specialist) to book meetings for the AE (Account Executive) in Germany and other German-speaking countries.

• Participate in negotiation and closing process with a prospect alongside the AE
• Run, monitor, and constantly improve outbound outreach campaigns for potential customers using our tools and playbook
• Regularly update CRM to ensure nothing is missed and follow up on your pipeline
• Monitor, research, and analyze customer needs and business potential

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German AND English
• Experience and knowledge in prospecting (cold calls, cold emails)
• 1-2 years of experience in an SDR position, ideally working with customers of 50 or more employees
• Experience selling ERP, CRM, or similar software
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to become a product expert with a confident voice
