Role Description

This role involves managing sales accounts across Europe, focusing on strategic growth and revenue enhancement.

  • Implement the organisation's sales strategy into a targeted, actionable plan tailored to your designated territory.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities for expansion, with a strong emphasis on export sales across Europe.
  • Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major European clients, emphasizing strategic growth and revenue enhancement.
  • Employ relationship-selling expertise to align client needs with our product offerings, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Demonstrate a hunter mentality by proactively identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new business opportunities in untapped verticals and markets.
  • Leverage strategic account management experience to convert leads into key accounts and achieve market expansion.
  • Showcase deep expertise in the fire industry, with at least 5 years of experience, to position products as tailored solutions for diverse client needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing clients with strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts for the European territory, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and ensure successful execution.
  • Influence customersā€™ sales teams, product management, and strategic purchasing departments to prioritize our products over competitors.
  • Monitor market dynamics, including competitor activities, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Use CRM tools to track sales opportunities and customer interactions, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorā€™s degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role, including strategic account management, preferably in the fire industry.
  • Proven success in export sales, particularly in Europe.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills; knowledge of UK law is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in relationship selling and influencing client decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to travel as necessary.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and collaboration tools.
