Role Description
This role involves working as a Remote Enrollment Advisor in a sales environment.
- Call and consult with potential clients to understand their needs
- Educate individuals and families on their coverage options
- Guide clients through the enrollment process step-by-step
- Follow up and build long-term relationships with clients
- Work closely with our team for ongoing coaching and development

Requirements
- Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a laptop, phone, and reliable internet connection
- Prior sales experience not required – we provide full training!

Next Steps
- 1st Interview: After reviewing your resume, if chosen to advance you will receive an email to select an interview time; the first interview is done over a 15-20 minute phone call.

Licensing
- You do not need to hold an insurance license to apply.
- If you are a good fit, we will help you obtain the proper licensing. Your employment will be conditional on you obtaining this license.
