Role Description
This role involves assisting clients with their benefits needs, explaining policy options, and helping them make informed decisions about their coverage.
- Handle inbound leads and make outbound calls to set appointments and educate clients on available benefits.
- Present and explain insurance options to clients, addressing their questions and helping them select the best plans to meet their needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure they feel valued and supported throughout the enrollment process.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Work with a team of like-minded individuals committed to personal growth and business success.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated individuals with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- A strong work ethic and ability to set and meet goals independently.
- Must be coachable and adaptable to feedback and change.
