Role Description

This role involves creating high-quality thought leadership content within various fields, including finance and accounting, technology, administrative and customer support, legal, marketing and creative, HR, and healthcare.

Create compelling, optimized content for Robert Half’s website, special projects, and marketing opportunities
Work with content strategy managers to create timely and relevant technical thought leadership content
Establish rapport with and interview internal and external subject matter experts
Manage writing assignments to align with content strategy and business objectives
Update existing content with new research and analysis of trending topics/themes
Stay on top of the latest trends in Robert Half’s areas of specialization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of marketing or communications experience
Multiple years of experience writing, editing, and proofreading professional content
Ability to interpret complex issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and excellent attention to detail
The ability to effectively work in a remote environment is essential for this position
Demonstrated capability to maintain productivity and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Comfort and proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as video conferencing platforms, project management software, and document sharing systems
Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and schedules for team meetings and collaborative activities

Requirements

Preferred software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint
