Role Description

As a real estate expert, you will start working for a real estate investor. There you will do acquisition work with the help of the landman® platform. We will guide you through the process based on your level of experience and personal situation.

• You will start working for a real estate investor to do acquisition work or project development.
• You will actively approach potential sellers of interesting plots.
• You will receive training on the operation and methodology of landman®.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in real estate, construction or business management (or you will obtain this soon) or have demonstrable experience in the sector.
• You have a broker license, or you are willing to obtain this if you want to work as a freelance real estate expert.
• You have experience with real estate acquisition or you would like to start with it.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and work proactively.
• With your excellent communication skills you can inspire others.

Salary

Your salary depends on your level of experience, preferred employment type and personal situation. Typically, real estate experts receive a fixed fee from the real estate investor, supplemented with a variable fee for each transaction and the possibility to resell real estate projects.
