Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager with a strong background in aerospace sales to join our team in Montreal, Canada. Ideal but not essential, the candidate will be fluent in both Portuguese & Spanish with a proven track record of driving sales growth in the aerospace sector.

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets, focusing on expanding our presence in Portuguese-speaking markets.
Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with aerospace industry clients and stakeholders.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Travel: Be prepared to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

Aerospace Sales Experience: Proven experience in aerospace sales or a related field.
Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and English; French is desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of aerospace industry trends and technologies.
Travel Willingness: Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required.
