Role Description
This role involves leading the commercial division of a growing international healthcare business.
- Be the final piece of the executive team jigsaw
- Determine, implement, and execute a sales strategy
- Have significant influence on career progression
- Sizeable equity opportunity in the medium term
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere with an excellent culture
- Lead from the front to ensure continued success on the worldwide stage
- Provide top-level strategic monitoring and direction to the company
- Proactively develop existing customers and win new business
Qualifications
- Experience in working with regulated medical products
- Evidence of successfully managing and developing people
- Understanding of UK and international healthcare markets
- Evidence of delivering substantial sales growth
- Experience in business planning and departmental P&L management
