Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter with expert-level English to join our team. You'll be setting appointments via phone and direct messages (DMs), helping qualify leads, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team. This role requires someone who is organized, detailed, energetic, and an excellent communicator.
- Set appointments via phone calls and DMs with potential clients.
- Use Go High Level (GHL) or another CRM to track leads, notes, and follow-ups.
- Qualify leads based on criteria and ensure appointments meet quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with the team and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, and passion in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Expert-level English (verbal & written) – must be confident on the phone.
- Experience setting appointments via both phone and DMs.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in using CRMs (GHL preferred).
- Energetic, positive, and driven to help people take action.
- Strong communication skills and a love for connecting with people.
Requirements
- $10 per qualified appointment
- $50 per closed deal
- This is a full-time role
- Basic pay: $5/hr
- Night shift
