Role Description
The Chief Communications and Marketing Officer will drive all strategic marketing and communication efforts, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, brand messaging, client acquisition, and retention. This role requires an individual with excellent English communication skills.
- Design and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Define and evolve our brand narrative to resonate with American consumers and business clients.
- Leverage HubSpot for CRM, email marketing, customer journeys, automation, lead generation, and performance analytics.
- Manage SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
- Ensure messaging consistency and pipeline optimization across multiple service lines and departments.
- Lead and collaborate a high-performing team across multiple geographies.
- Manage PR strategy, media relationships, and internal communications.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to monitor effectiveness of campaigns and brand health.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience (or less) in marketing and communications, with at least 1 year in a senior or executive leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in a service-based business.
- Proficiency and hands-on experience with HubSpot (certifications preferred).
- Native-level English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of American consumer behavior, media trends, and cultural dynamics.
- Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to work remotely and lead distributed teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
