Role Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Reporting Specialist to support our client reporting by updating pre-designed decks with the latest e-commerce performance metrics. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple reports across various platforms on a PST schedule.

Qualifications

Experience with data entry and light analysis in an e-commerce environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present performance metrics
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for managing and formatting data
Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to work PST hours and manage tasks independently

Requirements

Update 2–4 client-facing decks daily with accurate, current e-commerce performance data
Pull data from Meta, Google, Shopify, TikTok, and Motion to ensure reports are comprehensive
Format and input data into pre-designed templates while ensuring clarity and consistency
Collaborate with design teams to ensure seamless integration of updated data into visual decks
Maintain an organized tracking system for data sources, update timelines, and reporting consistency
