Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Account Manager to support a fast-paced business owner with administrative tasks, CRM automation, and lead engagement.
- Automate workflows and optimize processes using Bonzo.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and coordination with internal team members.
- Call and follow up with leads to set appointments and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accuracy.
- Provide bilingual support in both written and verbal communication.
- Collaborate closely with the business owner to streamline operations and improve lead conversions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in CRM Management, or similar role.
- Experience with Bonzo (CRM) is a MUST.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, and comfortable working independently.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to automate and improve administrative workflows.
