Role Description
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to support day-to-day marketing operations and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives. This role will own project tracking, meeting preparation, and collaboration with stakeholders across creative, copy, and marketing teams.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in marketing or creative operations
- 2+ years using ClickUp (or similar PM tool) for task and workflow management
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (basic to intermediate level)
- Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proven follow-through
- Ability to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
Requirements
- Take detailed meeting notes and prepare dossiers for key discussions
- Manage daily agendas including meeting prep, task follow-ups, and email updates
- Organize project plans by involving the right stakeholders, collecting missing info, and ensuring timely execution
- Maintain internal project boards with weekly reporting and data entry
- Collaborate with creative and copy teams, track action items, and ensure timely task completion
