Role Description

This role involves being part of a forward-thinking, collaborative sales team at Henry Schein, where you will sell and market various health care products and services.

Empower customers to help their patients through integrated solutions.
Manage your own sales goals and activities in a collaborative and inclusive sales culture.
Lead outreach to healthcare practitioners to grow and develop your account base.
Obtain and onboard new customers while increasing sales in existing accounts.
Plan, organize, and implement effective strategies to increase market share.
Conduct face-to-face contact with every assigned account on a timely basis.
Respond to customers’ concerns and resolve inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Attend medical conventions/seminars and participate in training programs to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications

High School diploma; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
Passionate about building relationships to create sales opportunities.
Not afraid of cold calling and enjoy driving meaningful conversations with prospective customers.
Excellent communication skills with prior sales experience, customer service, presentation, and negotiation skills.
PC proficiency, including MS Word and Excel.
Possess a valid US Driver’s License (Motor Vehicle Check Required).
Can travel extensively within a specific geographic territory.
