Role Description
As a Manager, Member Growth, you will play a key role in scaling member awareness communications that drive engagement and enrollment across a growing portfolio of ASO accounts.
- Secure communication access, refine best-performing playbooks, and implement automated, repeatable strategies to maximize impact with minimal customization.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, Sales, and Growth teams to streamline execution and expand proven strategies.
- Focus on efficiency, ensuring ASO accounts launch successfully and remain engaged through consistent outreach.
Responsibilities
- Drive scalable, automated member growth strategies within ASO, partnering with the Sr. Manager, Member Growth (ASO).
- Represent Virta with ASO clients, building relationships and securing commitment to sustained access for long-term growth.
- Advocate for increased communication access, selling data-backed strategies to expand member touchpoints and improve engagement.
- Collaborate across teams to scale member growth in a rapidly growing ASO space.
- Prepare co-branded materials and ensure member communications are effectively implemented.
90 Day Plan
- Deeply understand Virta’s ASO and scalable member growth strategies by learning existing playbooks, customer dynamics, and execution frameworks.
- Build relationships across key accounts and internal teams, ensuring alignment on execution priorities and scalable growth opportunities.
- Assess and document current execution processes, identifying areas to improve efficiency and enhance scalable outreach strategies.
- Take ownership of execution for a set of ASO accounts while supporting health plan member growth efforts.
- Partner with the Sr. Manager, Member Growth (ASO), to refine strategies, share learnings, and drive continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in customer or growth marketing, with a focus on B2B2C and healthcare (ASOs, health plans, or employers preferred).
- Strong project management and prioritization skills, balancing multiple initiatives while driving high-impact outcomes.
- Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven and analytical, using insights to optimize performance.
- Ability to simplify complexity and scale impact.
- Strategic understanding of marketing channels.

Compensation
Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. For this role, the compensation range is $115,000 - $135,000.
Additional Information
As part of your duties at Virta, you may come in contact with sensitive patient information that is governed by HIPAA. Security and privacy training will be provided.
As a remote-first company, our team is spread across various locations with office hubs in Denver and San Francisco. We currently do not hire in the following states: AK, AR, DE, HI, MS, NM, OK, SD, VT, WI.
