Role Description

This role involves working with Symmetry Financial Group to help families get protected financially with life insurance and offers the opportunity to build and own an agency.

• Flexible Schedule / Part-Time or Full-Time
• Work from ANYWHERE! / Fully Remote
• Compensation (Uncapped):
  • Part Time: $50,000+
  • Full Time: $125,000+
  • Agency Builder: $150,000+
• Sell life insurance, build and own an agency (optional), or both!
• Value-based, warm lead system (no cold calling necessary)
• Contracted with and sell products from 30+ top-rated insurance carriers
• Primarily write simplified-issued / instant-decision products
• Commission payments can be as quick as 24 hours
• Opportunity to build passive income by helping others become successful life insurance agents

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen to apply
• Licensed or unlicensed job seekers can apply
• If unlicensed, discounts and guidance will be provided for life and health licensing process

Requirements

• Ability to purchase exclusive, warm leads from Symmetry's value-based lead program or source clients through warm market
• Contact leads to gather information and set a time to meet again
• Find products from 30+ carriers that best fit clients' needs
• Help clients apply for their desired life insurance policies
• Optional: Find and help other individuals become successful life insurance agents
