Role Description

This role involves selling life insurance to pre-qualified leads or warm market.

• Help families protect their finances through life insurance and wealth-building products
• Use warm leads (people who have requested information) or help your personal network, your choice
• Submit online applications (no medical exams needed – most apps take 15–30 mins)
• Earn commission – paid within 24–72 hours on average

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and U.S. Work Authorization
• Access to a phone and computer
• Must be coachable and self-motivated
• Life insurance license (or willingness to get one – we help with training)

Requirements

• No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected
• Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed
• Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system, and engage with our lead system
• Insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work
