Role Description
As a Junior Account Executive, you will be selling Creative Analytics Ads productivity platform to SMBs across multiple industries. You will be responsible for:
- Managing 100% inbound leads
- Conducting discovery calls
- Delivering impactful product demos
- Closing new business
- Managing client accounts post-sale
This is a full-cycle sales role. The position offers a $75K base salary, commissions and the ability to earn $140,000+ OTE in your first year.
Qualifications
- 1 year + outbound full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Previous Technical online demo experiences would be a big plus
- Strong presentation and consultative selling skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment

Office Location & Sales Territory
- Location: Remote-first (Preferred based in GTA)
- Sales Territory: Mid-market businesses across North and South America
Typical Day & Duties
- New Business Development 25%
- Account Management 50%
- Admin Duties 25%
Leads
- 100% inbound, marketing-generated leads
Overnight Travel
- Occasionally – 2 to 3 times a year for trade shows, training, client visits, etc.
Support & Training
- Onboarding program
- Product and sales training (ongoing)
- Mentorship and coaching from experienced sales leaders
- Fast-track ramp-up: expected to be selling within 2-3 months
