Role Description
This role involves managing and expanding international sales and distribution for a premium cigar company.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing international distributors.
- Identify and onboard new distribution partners in countries where the company is not yet present.
- Develop new markets near Serbia, such as Switzerland, Hungary, Croatia, and Montenegro.
- Lead contract negotiations and partnership agreements with distributors and retailers.
- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the brand during in-person meetings, trade shows, and business development trips.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and distribution processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in physical products.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or distribution management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (C1 level) – both spoken and written.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
Requirements
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time across Europe.
