Role Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Offline Marketing Manager to drive brand promotion through strategic offline initiatives. This role requires expertise in organizing exhibitions, developing in-store marketing campaigns, and crafting comprehensive offline marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, creativity, and a results-driven mindset.
- Plan, organize, and execute exhibitions and offline events to attract potential customers and enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and implement in-store marketing strategies, including the creation of POS materials (banners, stands, promotional displays).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure offline marketing aligns with overall brand strategy.
- Manage relationships with vendors, event organizers, and external partners.
- Analyze the effectiveness of offline campaigns and optimize future activities accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in offline marketing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Fluent English proficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in organizing exhibitions and trade shows, with a strong focus on attracting clients.
- Experience in developing visual concepts for in-store product promotion, including the creation of POS materials, banners, and stands.
- Experience in negotiating sponsorship deals for offline events.
- Knowledge of consumer behavior and trends in offline retail marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of offline campaigns.
- Previous experience working with luxury or premium brands in offline marketing.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or other EU languages is a plus.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and cost optimization for offline campaigns.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to design or oversee visual marketing materials.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and an understanding of how offline and online marketing strategies complement each other.
