Role Description
This role involves assisting customers by reserving the best storage unit that fits their individual needs and delivering amazing customer service.
- Full-time Inbound Sales Representative position
- No cold calling; customers call with a need for storage
- Work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Opportunity to maximize monthly commission and obtain promotions
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales/Customer Service
- Ability to connect over the phone
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
Requirements
- Pass background and drug screening
- Able to work some weekends
