Role Description

Join us as the Growth and Partnerships Lead and help transform the clean energy landscape! In this role, you’ll drive significant sales growth and establish Bright’s footprint in the commercial and industrial (C&I) solar and battery markets by developing innovative sales strategies, building high-impact relationships, and managing complex, multi-million-dollar sales cycles.

  • Drive significant sales growth and establish Bright’s footprint in the C&I solar and battery markets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting C&I solar and battery projects.
  • Identify new opportunities, penetrate new markets, and expand Bright’s market share.
  • Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across the energy sector.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate technical, financial, and legal aspects of deals to ensure smooth closures.
  • Maintain a robust network of industry contacts and actively participate in relevant industry conferences.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve significant volume targets with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience in B2B solar, battery, or energy efficiency sales and business development.
  • Thorough knowledge of Mexico’s energy regulations and C&I solar market dynamics.
  • Expertise in consultative selling techniques and navigating complex decision-making processes.
  • Extensive network within the solar and battery sectors.
  • Ability to manage a robust pipeline of behind-the-meter C&I solar or battery projects.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to close multi-million-dollar deals and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Strong results orientation with a dedication to achieving revenue growth.
  • Experience in business development and implementing strategies to close deals efficiently.
  • Self-sufficient operator with the ability to work autonomously.
