Role Description
We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Channel Manager to spearhead our partner relationships within key ERP channels. This is more than just a role; it's an opportunity to shape the future of our company by generating leads and sourcing new demo opportunities that will drive our success.
As a Channel Manager, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy. Your mission: to forge and nurture relationships with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and other key partners within our ERP ecosystem. You'll be the face of our company, attending events, hosting webinars, and finding innovative ways to engage and expand our network.
- Book Demos: Generate qualified leads through our partners and manage new demos to convert these leads into customers.
- Account Management: Deliver outstanding day-to-day account management for partner relationships, including regular meetings, check-ins, and proactive support.
- Relationship Building: Create, develop, and nurture deep connections with VARs within our ERP ecosystems.
- Event and Conference Engagement: Be the face of our brand at industry events and conferences, host webinars, and find unique engagement points.
- Communication: Facilitate regular communication and provide timely updates to our extended ecosystem network.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working closely with or within the relevant ERP ecosystem (Epicor).
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships.
- Genuine passion for connecting with others.
- Driven, proactive, and innovative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
