Role Description

Max Spencer Co. is seeking motivated Remote Sales Consultants who enjoy connecting with people and want unlimited earning potential.

• Speak with prospective clients via phone, email, or video
• Share program information in a friendly, consultative way
• Present personalized financial solutions, including Life Insurance, Indexed Universal Life (IUL), and Annuities, through virtual channels
• Track conversations and progress using our tools
• Participate in optional training and team sessions

Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating with people
• Organized and self-motivated
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required

Requirements

• This is an independent contractor (1099) position
• Compensation is solely commission-based
