Role Description

This role involves driving new logo acquisition for CSV Now, targeting small yet potent deals vital for revenue ascent.

Proactively identify and engage with small to midsize business prospects, leveraging market insights and industry networks.
Meet aggressive sales growth targets through reliable pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
Employ a consultative solution-selling approach to address complex client challenges.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives.
Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating a deep understanding of client business drivers and challenges.
Support all stages of the sales process, guiding internal teams to develop innovative solutions.
Ensure smooth transition of client wins into implementation and operations.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of CSV Now's services and differentiation in the marketplace.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system.
Deliver effective proposals and presentations to decision-makers.

Qualifications

Minimum five (5) years of experience leading consultative sales cycles to enterprise and high-growth companies, focusing on BPO solutions.
Proven ability to initiate, develop, and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations.
Experience selling complex hybrid CX solutions in the outsourcing marketplace.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Energetic, highly motivated, with a passion for excellence and innovation.
Excellent team and relationship building, sales, customer service, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in sales rep KPIs/conversion metrics and the use of CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
