Role Description

This role involves managing and growing the creator community for a Korean skincare brand.

Manage and grow the creator community, primarily through Discord & Slack Groups.
Run weekly coaching calls + Q&As, and daily creator check-ins.
Coach creators on what types of content work on TikTok & IG Reels and why; feedback will be key in this role.
Build & update creator onboarding and training flows in Notion & Discord.
Organize giveaways, contests, and incentive programs.
Review creator performance and help manage retainer agreements & bonuses.
Facilitate creator team growth via TikTok Shop Affiliate platform with outreach & inbound messages.
Post creator-focused updates on brand social channels.
Focus heavily on Spanish-speaking creators to scale efficiently.
Help scout, onboard, and support content creators across TikTok, IG, and YouTube.

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish (required)
Must work U.S. hours (flexibility is okay, but needs strong overlap with EST/CST)
Strong understanding of TikTok content and what performs (ability to coach creators); you’ll need to demonstrate your understanding during the interview process.
Experience building or managing online communities.
Experience building and facilitating Discord groups.
Experience working with data in Google Sheets/Excel and can create and use formulas.
Ability to interpret data to identify takeaways and drive growth.
Confident communicator with strong organization and follow-up skills.
Scrappy, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Prior creator experience is a large plus.
