Role Description

This role could be based out of any of our PwC offices in Australia. As a Deals Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in creating, realising, and protecting value through mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and strategic alliances.

• Understand and address clients’ unique needs as a trusted advisor, providing insightful commercial and technical analysis.
• Support clients through the entire deal lifecycle, from mergers and acquisitions to restructuring and strategic alliances.
• Leverage emerging technologies and innovative tools to enhance client experiences and deliver smart solutions.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, coordinate stakeholders, and contribute to thought leadership and team development.

Qualifications

• Professional qualifications in business, finance, technology, law, or related fields, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in due diligence, IT strategy, M&A strategy, or management consulting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and business writing skills, with a solid understanding of the Australian market and deal environment.
