Role Description
This role involves leading all aspects of developing, managing, and maintaining a network of qualified franchises and select independent automobile dealerships in the assigned market territories.
- Daily tasks include customer contact, marketing, relationship building, and customer service for auto lending products/services.
- The DRM is expected to independently and effectively manage their defined territory to achieve all assigned production, efficiency, and profitability objectives.
- Develop, manage, and maintain productive relationships with qualified new car franchisees and select independent automobile dealership personnel.
- Promote and sell the organization's product line or services to new prospects or legacy customers within a targeted territory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role with a prime lender, preferably a retail bank
- Experience in leading the selling opportunities identification, customer satisfaction improvement, and business relationship enhancement.
- Ability to prepare periodic reports of customer activity and gather information for sales forecasting and production.
