Role Description
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the eCommerce and Retail sector, specifically within mid-market commercial accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to develop new customer relationships and drive revenue growth within the mid-market eCommerce segment.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow our mid-market eCommerce customer base.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within mid-market commercial accounts.
- Represent Quid’s offerings with a deep understanding of how our solutions address the needs of eCommerce clients.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Research eCommerce industry trends and align sales strategies with customer needs.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations that speak to the pain points and priorities of eCommerce clients.
- Leverage data and insights to make informed decisions on sales opportunities and forecast pipeline success.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to optimize results.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of quota-carrying new business sales experience in SaaS or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably in mid-market sales.
- Experience selling to eCommerce and Retail audiences, particularly to decision-makers in merchandising, trading, category management, and digital commerce.
- Ability to manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, relationship-building, and closing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and forecast sales outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience with eCommerce technology platforms, digital marketing, or retail analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Solution Selling.
- Strong presentation skills and experience selling to cross-functional teams.
- Proven success in consistently exceeding quota in a high-growth environment.
