Role Description
In this very versatile, home-based role as Technical Sales Specialist / Representative - UK / Ireland, we are looking for a fresh mind to join our high performing team in Cramlington with direct reporting line to our Country Sales Manager.
Your Mission:
- Be the first point of contact for technical support and advice to our customers in the printing and converting industry regarding applications and/or conversion.
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and quickly resolve customers' issues related to printing, adhesives, conversion, or label application.
- Show all advantages of our new products, applications, and technical developments to your community through product training sessions at our locations and customers’ sites.
- Engage in technical advisory and solution selling.
Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent
- Previous work experience of 3+ years in a technical support, research and development, or (technical) sales position within a manufacturing organisation
- Experience in printing, converting, and/or packaging/labeling technology market
- Knowledge of label/packaging industry, printing technologies, and/or labeling solutions
- Creativity and innovation, entrepreneurial spirit for growing a sustainable business
- Valid driving license
Requirements
- Location: Cramlington
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
