Role Description
This role involves becoming a Client Solutions Expert with AO, where you will engage with clients and provide personalized insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients
- Use a consultative approach to understand clients’ concerns
- Conduct virtual consultations over Zoom to guide clients
- Resolve client issues and provide outstanding customer service
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance knowledge
