Role Description

Join Aprio PH’s Growth team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a HubSpot Sales Pipeline Specialist to join their dynamic team.

  • HubSpot Support:
    • Support the sales team with HubSpot usage, including troubleshooting, training, and best practice guidance.
    • Assist with data entry, report generation, and dashboard creation within HubSpot.
    • Maintain data hygiene and accuracy within the CRM.
  • Sales Reporting & Analytics:
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Process Documentation:
    • Document and maintain sales processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Sales Technology Support:
    • Support the integration and maintenance of other sales technologies with HubSpot, as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and optimize overall business performance.
  • Special Projects:
    • Contribute to ad-hoc projects related to sales operations, process improvement, and data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including reporting, workflow automation, and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Amenable to work in Eastern Time Zone (Nightshift work schedule).

Requirements

  • HubSpot certifications.
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed sales environment, ideally within the professional services industry, specifically accounting.
