Join Aprio PH’s Growth team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a HubSpot Sales Pipeline Specialist to join their dynamic team.

HubSpot Support:
- Support the sales team with HubSpot usage, including troubleshooting, training, and best practice guidance.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and dashboard creation within HubSpot.
- Maintain data hygiene and accuracy within the CRM.

Sales Reporting & Analytics:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

Process Documentation:
- Document and maintain sales processes, policies, and procedures.

Sales Technology Support:
- Support the integration and maintenance of other sales technologies with HubSpot, as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and optimize overall business performance.

Special Projects:
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects related to sales operations, process improvement, and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including reporting, workflow automation, and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Amenable to work in Eastern Time Zone (Nightshift work schedule).
Requirements
- HubSpot certifications.
- Experience working in a complex, matrixed sales environment, ideally within the professional services industry, specifically accounting.
