Role Description
This role involves providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients while working from home.
- Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions that improve their lives.
- Engage in continuous personal and professional development through regular training and mentorship sessions.
- Actively contribute to the team’s success by sharing insights and applying innovative solutions in your daily work.
- Initiate calls and receive inbound calls from clients seeking our services.
- Schedule appointments with clients who request our benefits packages.
- Present and explain insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video calls.
- Complete applications for insurance products and ensure they align with clients’ needs.
- Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
