Role Description
We're hiring for a Business Development Representative who are interested in building their career with one of the fastest growing companies in retail automotive. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the first point of contact for both potential and active customers interested in learning more about AutoFi.
- Generate new sales leads through calls and emails to qualify prospects
- Strategize with sales leaders to design target and call plan of action
- Perform 60+ outbound calls/day or equivalent talk time
- Research prospective leads by identifying key champions and decision makers
- Schedule qualified demos/appointments for Outside Sales
- Partner with Sales Directors to gain sales techniques, learn best practices, and grow your career
- Consistently meet or exceed targets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
- Manage, track, and report all activities in Salesforce
Qualifications
- Adaptable, personable, persistent
- At least 1 year of professional experience, although prior sales and/or BDR experience is a plus
- Must enjoy working with a team and collaborating on success together
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures
- Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
