Role Description

This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.

Reports to: Vice President Bank Program Relationship Manager – The Auto Club Group

What you will do:

Manage the relationship with Grasshopper Bank, providing banking services to 13 million members.
Collaborate with Grasshopper and ACG Marketing to promote product offerings.
Work with Distribution Consultants to set referral goals and drive volume through ACG’s distribution channels.
Monitor referral compensation and manage intracompany payments for marketing and support services.
Own the Grasshopper contract for banking services and operationalize the contract.
Coordinate with senior leaders and governance boards from both companies.
Monitor and manage service level agreements between the companies.
Create strategy, processes, relationships, reporting, and governance for the new program.
Potential to lead to over $1 million in fee income for ACG and own the P&L for the relationship.

Renegotiate and/or work with Legal to make necessary amendments

Compliance/Risk
Legal/Compliance review
Complaint management
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
Quarterly meeting materials
Internal/external communications

Supervisory Responsibilities:

May manage direct reports or project team.

Qualifications

College level coursework
Eight years of experience in product/relationship management, or a similar role
Experience with retail banking products
Experience in product implementation, new product launch, and system integration
Managing conflict and issue resolution
Contract negotiation and management
Analytics and reporting

Requirements

Knowledge of consumer & digital banking products
Understanding of banking industry standards, practices, and regulations
Familiarity with ACG business lines, marketing techniques, and distribution channels
Skills in influencing others and driving results
Ability to communicate updates and recommendations to the executive team
Experience in contract/marketing management
Collaboration with third parties
Understanding of member financial needs
Knowledge of ACG products/customer interactions for various service areas
Coordination of product training, business reviews, and stakeholder communication
