Role Description

We are growing our Sales team in France and are looking for several ‘full-stack’ Sales people who will be primarily responsible for engaging with prospects to turn them into happy Alan customers. Your interlocutors will range from HR executives to CEOs.

  • You will own the whole sales cycle from prospection to closing.
  • We are hiring in both our Small Businesses and Mid market segments.
  • With Small Businesses, the average duration of the sales cycle is 3 months, dealing with customers whose size ranges from 10 to 70 employees, with an average ARR of 30K€.
  • With Mid-market companies, the average duration of the sales cycle is 6 months, dealing with customers whose size has an average of 140 employees, with an average ARR of 150K€.
  • You will find leads, drive sales, and close strategic opportunities with prospects.
  • You are directly responsible for educating prospects, providing inspiring product demonstrations, and onboarding companies’ key stakeholders.
  • You are expected to understand, embrace, and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method.
  • You’ll be expected to challenge us to improve our product(s), methods, and strategy.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience managing the whole Sales cycle, from prospection to closing.
  • Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and advanced level in English.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.
  • Desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1.
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris or Bordeaux.
