Role Description
As a Web3 Manual QA Engineer at Dynamic, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our core products across web and mobile platforms.
- Work closely with our Engineering and Product teams to identify and reproduce bugs, validate features, and help maintain a world-class user experience across a wide variety of devices and environments.
- Interface directly with customers to understand and triage reported issues, ensuring those are accurately documented and prioritized for the engineering team.
- Contribute to our manual QA suite and help continuously improve our QA processes as we scale.
- Work across Dynamic’s diverse and fast-moving customer base, including projects in Web3—spanning DeFi, NFTs, gaming, and blockchain infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing, ideally in Web3 or blockchain-based applications.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
- Significant experience manually testing mobile applications across both iOS and Android, including on a variety of devices and OS versions.
- Proficient in writing and executing test cases, reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
- Experience working with browser developer tools and debugging UI/UX issues.
- Experience talking to end customers and feel comfortable triaging issues, adding them to the manual QA suite, and creating tickets for the engineering team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- Bonus points if you have experience testing Web3 wallets, dApps, or smart contract interactions.
