Role Description

The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst works within our application development team planning, executing, and completing initiatives along the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This individual has excellent skills with the development of scripts and use case scenarios for testing software for the web, mobile devices, and any other technology platforms being utilized. The Senior QA Analyst is excellent with collaboration concerning product managers, software development, designers, and the company leadership, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to customers and strategic partners. The Senior QA Analyst takes technical ownership of testing in alignment with the Quality Assurance methodology. To be successful in this position, you must display the ability to learn and adapt quickly in our fast-paced environment and must have keen attention to detail, work well with others demonstrating initiative.

Requirements

• Sets and maintains the quality standards for demonstrating working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology (processes and deliverables).
• Works with the process and application teams to identify and close the gaps concerning IT-Quality issues.
• Develops and provides metrics for monitoring purposes and continuous improvement.
• Sets and maintains standards for innovation and initiative for conceptualizing, documenting, and communicating solutions concerning IT-Quality issues.
• Ensures compliance with PHI and Internal/External Audit requirements.
• Initiates, develops, improves, and reviews Quality Assurance documentation for accuracy, feasibility, consistency, and completeness.
• Sets and maintains the methodology for Planning, Facilitating, and Participating in working sessions with cross-functional resources.
• Develops and executes initiatives to improve processes, procedures, and tools for IT-Quality purposes.
• Creates and delivers articulate and effective oral presentations to a variety of audiences, large or small, internal, or external.
