[Hiring] Quality Assurance Analyst @ASRC Federal

Role Description

ASRC Federal is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to support the administration, maintenance, and continual improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) and Process Improvement Program. This is a hands-on opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys working across the organization to ensure processes are effective, compliant, and continuously improving.

In this role, you will help maintain ISO 9001 certification and CMMI Maturity Level 3 process maturity by:

• Supporting internal audits
• Monitoring process compliance
• Maintaining quality documentation
• Tracking corrective actions
• Analyzing quality metrics

You will work closely with Program Managers and teams across various functional areas to ensure processes align with organizational standards, customer requirements, and applicable federal contract requirements.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Quality and Environmental, Health & Safety, you’ll play an important role in:

• Strengthening our quality culture
• Identifying opportunities for improvement
• Ensuring our processes are ready to support both current operations and future business needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements and certification schemes
• Current working knowledge of ISO 9001:2026 QMS requirements
• Proficiency with CMMI Version 3.0 process maturity model and appraisal method
• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific supplemental requirements
• Ability to conduct process reviews and identify compliance issues
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

Requirements

• Experience supporting Department of War, NASA, and Civilian federal agency contracts
• Experience supporting and guiding external registration audits and CMMI appraisals
• Experience planning, scheduling, performing, and leading internal quality audits

Preferred Qualifications

• ISO 9001 or higher-level quality management system (i.e., AS9100) Lead Auditor or Lead Internal Auditor
• Certified CMMI Practitioner, or higher
