[Hiring] Quality Specialist @Everest Solutions and Images Ltd.

Role Description

As a Quality Specialist, you'll play an important role in ensuring the images we deliver to schools, families, and graduates meet our quality standards. Your work will directly influence the customer experience by helping ensure every image is accurate, consistent, and ready for delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in photography, digital imaging, graphic design or a related field preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to perform work from within Canada.
• 1-2 years of experience in photo editing, retouching, quality control or production, preferably in school or volume photography.
• Working knowledge of photo editing software and image-management systems.
• Strong eye for detail, including head size, centering, lighting and color consistency.
• High accuracy with data entry and record checking.
• Able to give clear, respectful feedback to photographers and colleagues.
• Able to manage high volumes and meet deadlines during peak seasons.
• Understands and respects the privacy of student and customer information.

Requirements

• Consistently reviews assigned jobs within established turnaround times.
• Identifies image and data quality issues before customer delivery.
• Helps reduce remakes and customer concerns.
• Maintains accuracy while managing high-volume seasonal workloads.
• Contributes to continuous improvement through quality feedback and recommendations.

Benefits

• No overtime is expected; however, occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs. Equivalent weekday time off will be provided.
