Role Description

As a Quality Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring jobs move efficiently through the quality control process while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. This position combines workflow coordination, quality review, and team support, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organizing work, solving problems, and helping others succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, photography, digital imaging or a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in photo editing, quality control, production or workflow coordination, preferably in school or volume photography.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to perform work from within Canada.
• Experience assigning, scheduling or tracking work for a team.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage many jobs and deadlines at once.
• Comfortable with tracking tools and spreadsheets, photo editing software and image-management systems.
• Strong eye for detail, including head size, centering, lighting and color consistency.
• High accuracy with data entry and record checking.
• Clear, respectful communicator who can follow up with colleagues and photography teams constructively.
• Able to manage high volumes and meet deadlines during peak seasons.
• Understands and respects the privacy of student and customer information.

Requirements

• Ensures all jobs are assigned, tracked, and completed within established turnaround times.
• Maintains visibility into job status and proactively manages priorities during peak periods.
• Supports the quality control team by balancing workloads and removing workflow bottlenecks.
• Identifies image and data quality concerns before images reach customers.
• Helps reduce remakes and customer concerns through strong quality oversight.
• Contributes to continuous improvement through coaching, feedback, and process improvements.
