Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead with strong experience in manual testing and team management. The role involves:

Qualifications

Requirements

Lead and manage a team of 1-2 manual QA testers while remaining hands-on in testing
Collaborate with leadership on status updates, escalations, and team planning
Plan and execute manual testing strategies in alignment with product development
Analyze software requirements and specifications to define the scope of testing
Create and execute detailed test cases covering various scenarios and functionalities
Document and report defects or issues identified during testing
Conduct regression, usability, and performance testing
Manage database testing and work with AWS Lambda functions
Utilize tools such as k6, TestRail, Grafana, PostgreSQL IDE, jMeter, Postman, and more
Review designs using Figma and ensure UI/UX consistency
Optimize testing procedures and improve QA processes
