[Hiring] Enterprise Testing Program @KJR

Role Description

You will be joining a major transformation program operating within a multi-system, integration-heavy environment, supporting critical business and operational platforms. This is not a traditional testing role — the program requires individuals who can operate across end-to-end delivery, with a strong focus on:

• System Integration Testing (SIT)
• End-to-End (E2E) testing across business processes
• Data validation and reconciliation across systems
• Integration and API testing

You will work within a structured and mature testing function, collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery across multiple streams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise-level testing environments
• Strong exposure to integration and API testing
• Experience working across end-to-end (E2E) testing in multi-system environments
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools
• Ability to work effectively in Agile delivery environments

Requirements

• Lead or contribute to end-to-end testing activities across the program
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing
• Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support
• Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test cycles
• Perform data validation and reconciliation across systems
• Identify, log, and manage defects through to resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and technology domains
• Contribute to test reporting, governance, and quality metrics
