  • Lead self-assessment and improvement planning: Coordinate the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plans, using evidence and performance data to identify priorities and track progress.
  • Use data to drive performance: Analyse learner outcomes, achievement gaps, retention, progression and satisfaction data to identify opportunities for improvement and targeted intervention.
  • Develop our people: Lead continuing professional development (CPD) for Development Coaches and wider delivery teams, helping colleagues strengthen their practice and achieve excellent outcomes.
  • Enhance the learner experience: Ensure our provision is inclusive, responsive and engaging, with appropriate support for learners with additional learning needs and those facing barriers to learning.
  • Build strong relationships: Work closely with Operations, Commercial and Compliance teams, while maintaining effective relationships with Ofsted, the ESFA and other relevant external stakeholders.
