Role Description

Prepare, verify, check and approve product documentation in accordance with the client’s requirements taking information from suppliers.

• Reporting any non-compliance against client policies.
• Providing technical and regulatory support to the Compliance Managers and Senior Advisors.
• Ensure that the product documentation adheres to client policies and procedures.
• Applying client’s new and updated policies, regulatory and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in working within the food industry within a regulatory, QC/QA or advisory position.
• Formal Food Hygiene/Science/Regulatory Qualification or Degree or Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2).
• Previous food industry background - ideally food manufacturing, regulatory or quality assurance.
• Awareness of completing on-line retailer specifications.
• Awareness of microbiology and nutritional analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
